Process and Results

Our cardiology testing is done with non-invasive sampling using a buccal swab (cheek swab), although blood sampling can also be used in some cases.

Our lab takes between 3 to 6 weeks for results, after prior authorization.

Results will be available on our online portal, please ask your provider for details.

Genesys Diagnostics offers Genetic Counseling to review results with a specialist and discuss any clinically significant results. We will facilitate a meeting between the counselor and patient/provider to discuss results.

Take control of your heart health with our comprehensive hereditary cardiology next generation sequencing panels.

Our advanced genetic testing panel can uncover potential genetic causes of heart conditions, including arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, and other inherited heart diseases. With our next generation sequencing technology, we can analyze your unique genetic makeup to identify specific gene mutations that may increase your risk for heart conditions, allowing for early detection and proactive management.
